What we collect

Account data: the email address, display name and studio bio you enter when you create a Maker Passport account.

Order data: the name, delivery address, phone number and email needed to print and ship an order, plus the items and amounts.

Enquiry data: the name, email and brief you submit through the contact form.

Technical data: basic device and page information needed to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To take payment, print, pack and deliver your order, and to answer questions about it.

To maintain your account, wishlist and order history.

To reply to custom print enquiries. We do not sell your data or send marketing you did not ask for.

Who processes it

Payments and checkout are handled by Shopify, which receives the details needed to complete the transaction. We never see or store full card details.

Accounts, wishlists and enquiries are stored on our managed hosting and database provider.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

You can view and edit your profile from your account page at any time.

Email studio@decstuff.com to request a copy of your data or to have your account and data deleted. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We store your bag, wishlist and sign-in session in your browser so they survive a refresh. These are required for the store to function; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
