Every object starts as a parametric CAD sketch. Nothing is downloaded, nothing is traced. Wall thickness, overhang angles and joint clearances are designed for additive manufacturing from the first line.

Slicing is where a print earns its finish. We tune layer height per surface, add sacrificial seams where the eye won't land, and choose infill by how the piece will be handled — display, or daily play.

All machines live in one room, calibrated weekly. Batches are small so a failed layer never becomes a failed order, and every filament spool is logged against the pieces it produced.
Supports are removed with hand tools, seams are shaved and sanded, moving joints are broken in and tested. Anything that doesn't pass gets reprinted, not discounted.
