Terms of service

An order is accepted once payment completes and you receive a confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is mispriced or cannot be printed as specified.

Most pieces are printed after you order rather than held in stock. Production usually takes 2–5 working days before dispatch; larger or multi-part pieces can take longer and we will tell you if so.

Layer lines, minor colour shifts between filament batches and small finishing marks are characteristics of additive manufacturing, not defects. Product photography is representative.

Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront and include applicable taxes where stated. Payment is processed by Shopify's secure checkout.

Custom pieces are quoted individually. Because they cannot be resold, custom orders are non-refundable once printing has started, unless the piece is faulty.

All models, artwork and site content are owned by DecStuff and F9 Studio. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or resell our designs without written permission.

Decorative pieces are not toys. Articulated toys are intended for ages 6 and up unless a listing states otherwise, and small parts can be a choking hazard for younger children.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
